Just a little back story, I bled for 10 months straight. No cramping, only occasional pelvic pain I would say about 2-3 times per month, and nausea at night time. I’ve gotten blood work and ultrasounds and they didn’t find anything. Although I never got a Pap smear. I ended up going on birth control for 4 months. I stopped bleeding for a week and then it was back even with birth control. so I stopped taking it because it wasn’t doing anything about the bleeding. After I came off the birth control I didn’t bleed for 3 months. I started bleeding april 3rd and it is now April 15th and it hasn’t stopped. Any ideas of what it could be or have a similar situation? Next step is exploratory surgery. I also have had trouble conceiving after trying for 3 years. My periods before i bled for that year have been irregular. I would say they came about every 2-3 months.
