BURST!! I used it for 1 week before my annual cleaning and she said I little to no plaque, she normally has to scrape my teeth until I’m bleeding. It is amazing!!!

I've had both and prefer the sonicare over oral b.

I'm not sure if it's "better" but I have the oral b that you get from the grocery. I like that it's great, low cost, and I can just toss it and buy another one instead of dealing with buying parts etc.
