9 weeks tomorrow anyone feeling this way

I feel like I have the flu. No fever I'm constantly nauseous now that started last week but my lymph nodes on my left side of my neck have been swollen all week. No appetite and fatigue is horrle.should I go to the Er or wait it out.Please help any advice.
