Quietly freaking out...

I have allergies periodically and have taken Reactine at least 3-4 times since becoming pregnant. I now read that pregnant women should not take this medication! I am freaking out that I may have harmed my baby! Please calm my fears....I won’t be taking it again... but now I’m really worried.
