Ectopic pregnancy

Today I found out that my sweet little bean may be growing great but is in my right Fallopian tube...

They are helping me terminate the pregnancy at 7w1d because well they have too but I’m struggling so much with it..

I doesn’t seem fair that the baby is growing and I have to get rid of it.. I’m an emotional mess today..
