Condoms or something else after baby?!

Question

Alright so the deal is this, I DO NOT want another baby after this one for at least 3 or so years. I will be getting the rods implanted in my arm as soon as I can after baby is born but the in between time is like 6 months I think? Anyway I wanna know if we can rely on just condoms (and the morning after pill if one happens to break) or if I should also go on the mini pill or something else that's safe?

We are just going to use condoms, BC caused a lot of issues for me and I would rather not pump my body with man made hormones.

Ive used the nexplanon for 7 months, constant period and destroyed sex drive. Been on depo now after birth for 3 months now and just got my second shot been bleeding since last month. Birth control sucks so far for me. Personally i would just got back to condoms

We are going with just condoms. I’ve been off BC far to long at this point and I was horrible at remembering to take it anyway. We are hoping to wait 3 years as well. If it happens to break before then and I end up pregnant sooner then I guess God had other plans for us.
