My LO spits up so much after eating. He is breastfed and doesn’t burp well. After he eats I try to hold him upright for awhile but as soon as I lay him down he throws up what looks like everything he ate. He is gaining weight like he should and has plenary of wet and dirty diapers. I just feel bad because he starts crying after he throws up and it often comes out his nose. Any suggestions to help? His doc wasn’t concerned about it and just said some babies spit up more than others.
