Is tea safe to drink?

Some people say it’s okay others say it has a lot of caffeine..sorry for the dumb question I’m just craving it right now

My husband bought the luzianne tea but he  threw the box away before I could see it

These are teas  arent recommended during pregnancy. The top list is just because of caffeine so if you go with decaf black tea....you're good!

Tea is perfectly safe, usually they have the mg of caffeine on the box

I switched to decaf tea.  I love tea too. It was to give up soda, so I started drinking tea.  I’m slowly decreasing the amount of sugar I put in it as well
