Clomid after a miscarriage

Alright so my husband and I have been TTC for a year and half and two months ago they put us on Clomid and we got pregnant the second month of it but had a miscarriage two weeks later.

Now trying to decide how soon we should go back on it cause I know you are more fertile after a miscarriage. Any advice? The doctor just said whenever we are ready most people wait a couple cycles.

Also know they could never find anything wrong with either of us on why we couldn’t conceive but thought Clomid might help and it did.

Any advice with anyone else that has had this happen?
