Nexplanon Removal

I had my nexplanon insertion for a little less than three years. During the time i had nexplanon, my periods were pretty regular. I got it out on April 1st and my OB-GYN told me to try to wait for my first period before I tried to get pregnant. My SO and I had sex on April 4th and I had spotting on April 5th. My period is now about 1 day late. I took a hpt yesterday morning and it was negative. However, I’ve been experiencing some symptoms like: sore nipples, bloating, constipation, etc. I’m hoping that I’m pregnant and it’s just too soon to tell but I’m not sure. Has anyone else experienced this? How long did it take for your period to come back after nexplanon removal? How long did it take you to get pregnant after nexplanon removal?
