Introducing allergens?

Question

Has anyone started to introduce food allergens to their baby yet? My kiddo is 6 months, has been eating solids for a month now, and I was going to start introducing allergens by next week. I’ve read about Inspired Start and am considering using their system. Any feedback?

I am not trying to be rude and I know I will get backlash for this but I want to educate. 
You don't introduce "allergens." Any food can be an allergen. 
True - there are foods that people are more likely to be allergic to but it is not an allergen. Just like hypo-allerginic dogs are not 100% positive to not cause an allergic reaction in all people. 
An allergen is simply something that your body decides is harmful even though most other people's body aren't affected negatively by it. An allergen is something that your body decides to attack even though there is no real need. 
Anything can be an allergen.

Started giving my girl bambas (peanut puffs) at four months. Her pediatrician recommended it along with a very non-traditional "let her try anything except honey"route. 
Kid is six months today and eats absolutely everything and anything, which makes me very happy! 
It doesn't hurt to keep yourself educated on the latest studies and published medical journals. There is a lot of good sources on AAP.org.

My friend said with her kids with like peanut butter she’s put some on their skin and see if it turned red. Idk if that would indicate an oral allergy or what. I’m nervous to start known alleged foods lol

My son has had peanut butter, eggs, cinnamon, and most of the high allergen foods. There’s no proof showing that waiting to introduce them decreases the risk, but if there’s a family history of them to be careful. Our ped said to just isolate the food to be sure which food triggered the reaction. Start with a little at a time and look for rashes and even changes in stool.

I started giving my son Inspired Start punches around 4 1/2 months. I think it’s good food and an easy way to introduce the most common allergens one ingredient at a time (two if you haven’t already given your baby the carrier ingredient). My son has already gone through the first box (stage 1) twice.

Our pediatrician at his 6 months check up said we can introduce anything we want now besides honey! Because honey is not pasturized and can carry a very dangerous bacteria. He said that introducing peanut butter now would be good!! If you are only doing purees they make a peanut butter powder that you could put a little bit in! Or if you are doing other foods, maybe melt some peanut butter down on a finger sized piece of toast and let them eat!
