I guess you are not from uk?, these are extremely popular here but if you ask me I think they are a waste of cash very expensive you might as well blend your own fruit and veg in smoothies at least you know exactly what’s in them and save cash!

Yes! They are quite tasty but I can’t say I noticed any difference taking them.
