Could be baby practise breathing, hiccups or pulse of uterus. I get it quite a lot too.

If it is constant then it is most likely hiccups.

I was sick and ran a temp and this causes similar pulsing.

My little one, does this all the time! It’s right at bed time to, I have to stretch out for him to stop! Lol
