Will the anguish ever go away? Month after month. My spirit is broke. I thought this would be the one, like I do every other month. Who else got AF and is spending the next few days obliterated with sadness? Five days of physical (crampy) and mental pain until the bad moods and clouded views have to go away. Five days before I have to lift my spirits to think about trying again.
