Context: So I’m a junior in high school and I have a crush on this senior I’ve known in band since freshman year. I’ve mostly stayed in band so I could at least have one class with him because there was something about his personality drawing me in even though I didn’t know much about him. This year I’ve gotten to know him better, but I still wouldn’t say we’re close in any particular way.

Question: He gets out of school 2 weeks before I do because he’s a senior, how can I confess before then without making it awkward for either of us?
