Teas that have hibiscus?

So.. I was drinking a cinnamon apple tea that I'm so in love with.. and looked at the ingredients to find it has hibiscus in the ingredients. :( I know drinking hibiscus tea is a no no, but what about teas with it as like a 5th ingredient???

It’s still a no no. I’m an avid tea drinker and because of the ingredients I can’t have half my normal teas. I miss them but my child’s life is more important than my teas. Hibiscus can cause fluctuations in hormones as well as stimulate blood flow to the uterus causing bleeding, cramping, and depending on the person or how much was ingested labor. There are many herbs out there that pregnant women should not have for a reason, you don’t know how your body is going to react to the herb and what it will do to your child. That being said, just because it is labeled as the 5th ingredient doesn’t mean anything. It just means that it is in there and the fact it is lower on the list does not mean there is not a lot in there, just how they wanted to list the ingredients.

Wow, thank you! It's scary that a lot of pregnant women don't know this too... I know I didnt :( bummer bc I want apple cider but cant bc I have gestational diabetes. I just wanted something to resemble apple cider without sugar

Wait what?! Oh no I was told it’s ok in moderation and not to over indulge in it I’ve only had it 2 times in a very berry hibiscus tea should I be worried?!
