Are you wearing a girdle/shape wear after baby?

I can’t find one I want one for my tummy but there’s so many online and in store there’s not that many to choose from ,, what are you guys wearing?? Btw my hospital won’t provide one at least not for vaginal birth

I went with the amazon bestseller when I was making my registry lol. I forget what it’s called or looks like now. I didn’t use one with my first but afterward wished I had because everything was so weird and awkward and jiggly. We’ll see how it goes.

I didn’t with my first and I don’t plan to with this one. Honestly, I didn’t really struggle with “getting my body back.” Your body is pretty good at readjusting to the way things were for the most part, with the usual exception of fat loss, which a girdle wouldn’t help anyway. 
Personally, I just wanted loose, flowy clothing after birth, not tight or constricting stuff on me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m going to use compression type underwear. I feel like they’ll be more comfortable than adding another thing around my waist. I found the best sellers from amazon.

I used one for my first and second and I went back to Prepregnancy body fast.
Didn’t use one for my third and I felt loose and jiggly. I’m also looking for a new one to get this time around (#4)

I didn’t with my first but sure wish I had!! I had a c-section and my recovery was very long and painful. I could not even take a breath without feeling like my organs were going to fall out. I heard it can definitely help with mobility after a c-section. I guess because it helps you feel a little more put together after being ripped apart. Lol
