Postpartum soak?

I bought some epsom salt for pp soaking but how should I do it? Just fill the tub up a little and put the salt in? Is it safe ? I’m 8 days pp now and still sore so I’m hoping this will help

I did sitz baths and this helped with healing tremendously. Fill your tub with just a few inches of warm water (with epsom salt) and soak for 5-10 minutes. I tried to do it 2-3 times per day and it helped a lot! Also was nice to just have a few minutes alone in the chaos of being a new mom!

No bath, your cervix is open and you risk infection

Make sure the water isn’t too hot. But yes you have the general idea, make sure the tub is clean as well!
