Kick Count Question
I’ll be 28 weeks next week and my midwife is having me start monitoring kick counts every night.
This may be a ridiculous question and I should have asked while I was there, but what constitutes “1 kick”? Sometimes I feel a couple movements almost at the same time but in different locations. Would you count that as one? Two because they were different spots? 😬😬 Thanks!
