Okay so the summers approaching which mean swimming and sun but you know sometime it’s that time of the month and whenever I’m on I’m too scared to use a tampon I’ve tried putting in one before but it hurt so bad a i didn’t know how to actually put it in I watched videos on YouTube but that did rlly help Any tips on putting in a tampon don’t wanna sit out this summer
