Is it too soon?

My IUI was on 4/8. I am 8DPO and i dont feel pregnant. I have had mild cramping and fatigue on and off but I also work 12 hr night shifts 3 days a week. Lol. Is it to early to feel anything? Any insight would be helpful.

I'd say yes it's too early. The egg usually implants somewhere between 6 DPO and 12DPO and that's when your body will start producing HCG. There's a slight chance you've implanted already but even then the vast majority of people don't start to actually feel symptoms until about the time of their missed period. I've also heard that naturally high producers of progesterone feel more symptoms earlier than others but I don't know if that's just hearsay. For the most part with each of my pregnancies it pretty much feels like your. Was about to come on. With my very first the most pregnancy like symptoms I got was on 13dpo I got a very small wave of nausea that I just chalked up to doing lunch because I was busy. The two week wait totally drives you crazy. I hope that you get great news in about a week! Good luck and baby dust!
