Toe nail separated from nail bed cause of hiking. Need advice!
Has anyone had this problem?
Will the toe nail grow back as it normally would? Meaning will it once again be attached to the nail plate once the hematoma grows out and leaves my nail?
I went hiking in march and it caused hematomas on three of my toe nails. One nail has already separated from the nail plate but the other two (my big toes) haven’t yet.
I’ve never had this issue before so I’m concerned.
Is there anything I should know?
