Nipples pierced pregnant r breastfeeders

Both of my nipples are pierced and omg are they so sore right now because I am 5 weeks prego. There are not many people I can ask about prego, piercings, and breastfeeding in this small town I live in. I have so many questions. I have been considering breastfeeding if I’m able.

Anyone out there have experience with having pierced nipples while being pregnant? Did you take out your jewelry while pregnant? If so did you have any scar tissue to develop and cause problems? What type or style of jewelry do you use? Will or have you breastfed with them pierced? Any suggestions?
