Spa therapist/esthetician here 🙋🏽‍♀️. You need to cleanse your skin every day, even if you’re not wearing makeup (a mistake many make). Also a good moisturiser because often the reason people get pimples is because their skin is dehydrated and produce more oil - meaning you’ll have to drink more water as well. Oh and fish oil/omega 3!!
Last bit not least you’ll have to use an exfoliator once a week, it unclogged pores and helps the natural process of renewing your skin, meaning products you use will go deeper into the skin layers and work wonders. Give your skin some time to adjust to a new skincare routine, it might get worse before it get better. Just be persistent!
I recommend the brands Espa, Elemis, !!Babor and Exuviance!!. But any cleanser and moisturisers in general is better than nothing 🤷🏽‍♀️

I wash my face with bar soap at least twice a day and use clean and clears deep cleaning toner for sensitive skin afterwards. It’s worked wonders. I was using the ambii fade cream for my acne scars and it worked, it just clogged my pores up really bad so i stopped. Also, detoxify your skin once a week with a face mask. And the sun really helps get rid of my pimples so i try to spend some time outside.

Using fragrance free cleanser and lotion really helped me. At night I make my own oil using rose-hip as my carrier oil mixed with frankincense and lavender. Also, I pretty much cut out dairy in my diet and I noticed a huge difference with that.
