Round ligament pain at 10 weeks?

Today I noticed some sharp pains in my groin on the right sign then about 10 mins later had a big stitch on my right side slight up from my hip. As if I’d been running type stitch which came and went but was really painful! It’s been coming on and off now for about half an hour? Is this round ligament pain?

Sounds like round ligament pain. I’m at 10 weeks and 5 days and I get it every time I sneeze..which has been happening a lot since I’ve developed allergies/rhinitis. My dr said not to worry unless the pain lasts for long periods of time (like you get the stitch but it doesn’t go away) or burning sensation when peeing. She also said it’s often made worse by movement so be be very slow when changing positions if I get the pain.
