Please help, third trimester and extreme work stress.

I am 34 weeks pregnant. I am a social studies teacher for a middle school. Last week, while I was at a doctor's appointment, the administration allowed the reading language arts teacher to completely change the roster of all students our my grade to help her prepare them for state testing.

I did not receive news of this until 10:30pm on Sunday night. Now, we have classes with 50+ random kids throughout the day, a lot that don't know me. It is a joke, and stressful. I have evaluations and there is no way having a bunch of kids squished in a room like a can of sardines is going to give me glowing reviews.

They did what is best for reading and completely screwed us over. We don't have enough chairs per kids and they are distracted with the changes.

I woke up this morning having an anxiety attack. I am worried about my mental and physical health.

The only reason I dont ask to take FMLA is because I am trying to find a new job for the fall because I dont feel supported at my campus. I don't know if I can sign a contract with another district on FMLA. Can I?

Also, what do I do to make this shitty situation better, for the baby's sake?
