Help!!! Getting kinda chunky

Soo, I’ve noticed I’ve been gaining weight in all the wrong places

First Im 25 & comparing myself to my old self 2 years ago! 2 yrs ago I looked great but it could be I was going through a really tough breakup

But I’ve just gained this weight in the hardest part to tackle... THE LOWER BELLY

I just want to get RID of it!!!!!

Maybe you ladies can help....

I don’t really eat healthy nor drink healthy but if you guys can give me pointers

Well point me in the right direction please So I can look fabulous & anyone else who reads this in the same boat.
