Did your child grow out of their food allergies?

My niece has a significant egg allergy, among others less severe. The allergist said it was possible. I’m wondering how often this happens.

My son is 6 and has been allergic to dairy since infancy,  and he still is. We test once a year and nope, hasnt grown out of it yet

Two of my boys outgrew egg allergies. My oldest outgrew it at 8 years old. My 5 year old outgrew a peanut allergy. But he is still highly allergic to tree nuts, eggs, and shellfish.

Not my child but myself. I had a severe nut allergy (and a life threatening cat allergy). Grew out of both pretty much completely. But other allergies I still have. like the cherry flavor in Pepsi (and anything pine or flower)
