Has anyone done keto while breastfeeding? Is it dr approved?

I was thinking Of  like just doing low carbs and High  protein and veggies I don’t wanna do the whole High fat and bacon and butter lol

I didnt do keto but i did a whole 30 and I was fine. If you dont know what whole 30 is its basically no carbs, dairy, sugars or preservatives, lagumes. but i had a great milk supply still and baby was fine and healthy.
