WATER! Hydrate your skin from the inside. Water is essential to growing the baby, providing baby with a healthy environment, and keeping all your systems working at their best. 
COLLAGEN PROTEIN.  I put 2 scoops of Vital Proteins collagen protein in my decaf every day (you can get it on amazon. There are other brands too). It provides your skin with collagen and elastin to facilitate stretching and skin repair. It's been great for my fine lines. 
ZINC. Zinc is an essential nutrient for skin growth and repair, but the baby steals most of it for cell division. Try to eat animal proteins if you can (or google other foods with zinc). I struggle with meat now so I take an extra 15 mg (in addition to the 15mg in my prenatal). I take garden of life vitamin code raw brand.  Zinc works best with vitamin c so try to ear your fruits and veggies and take your prenatal!
BODY BUTTER.  I made my own with shea butter, coconut oil, agran oil, vitamin e oil, rosehip oil, jojoba oil, and beeswax. I order the stuff on amazon. Those ingredients are all excellent hydrators or proven to help skin repair. If you don't want to make it, try to find a brand with some of those in ingredients. Also, Strivectin makes a stretch mark repair and prevention cream that is safe to start using the the second trimester to heal stretch marks. 
Exercise. It brings blood flow to the skin.  
Gentle exfoliation.  Encourages cell turnover and repair. 
That's my game plan.  I cannot guarantee it will work but I want to give my skin the tools in needs to stretch as much as it possibly can. Yes, genetics determines the maximum your skin will stretch but your habits can give your skin the best shot to reach its genetic potential.

Some hope and prayer lol really you have to find what works for you. I use vitamin e oil and a lotion, I still have them but they aren’t as bad as they could be.

Hemp seed lotion. Used it with my first and didn't get any. Using now with my second, almost 20 weeks. I'll see how it goes this time 😂 I think keeping hydrated also helps too.

Im pregnant with my third baby and have no stretch marks. When i get super itchy i get alot of lotion and rub all over belly. Use really good lotion or oil. I just rub and rub all over to help relieve the itch

I use a combo of baby oil gel (coco butter) mixed with Palmers stretch mark lotion. 35 and non yet. I also take a collagen supplement which is great for hair, skin and nails.

I used lush therapy massage bar every night and morning. Didn’t get any marks until the week before baby came lol. Haven’t tried bio oil but people I know swear by it!

I used cocoa butter the first 20 weeks. I just bought bio oil (only 2oz) and once that’s out I was going to try this a woman recommended!
