Will he be extradited?

Me and my son's father have court tomorrow for some stuff that happened last week. We are both looking at being charged with domestic charges. My question is if he has a warrant in the next state over will this court see that and if so will he be arrested and held on that warrant?

They may finish your case first and deal with his warrant depending on the outcome of this one.

Yes they will see that and the court can choose to extradite they normally go by level of felony and distance when they decide if they want to bring him back or not.
