Should we keep her or get rid of her?

So I’m working on a group project with two other girls, one in which hasn’t contributed to anything, nor responded. I told her three weeks ago that if she didn’t start helping, I would tell the professor. I told my professor and she gave me and my other team mate (the one who has been helping) the choice to keep her on or let her go. What should I do?

That five percent is probably the people who don’t do the work in group projects

If this were a job and money was on the line, you would cut her from the project. I would do the same in a school setting.

I picked let her go, but I think maybe you should give her one more warning as a last chance. You never know what someone is going through.
