Do breast implants make you heavier?

I have a random question for those women who have breast augmentation...
Did you weight the same before your breast augmentation or did you notice a small increase in your weight?
I have 460cc’s if anyone cares.

Obviously you'll weigh extra, the weight of the implants.

I'd assume you would weigh a slight amount more because the implants do weigh something

my friend went from a uk 30 b/a to a 30e and still weighs the exact same as she did before, but that’s just her so x

Well yeah it'll increase by however much the implants weigh. depends on their size though, might not show up if they're small but if they're enough to weigh a pound or more then yeah it'll show up

You would weight slightly more. Not just from the implants, but you also gain more muscle weight in your back and shoulders, as your muscles grow to maintain your posture.
The opposite also happens when you have a reduction. I've a friend who had 0.5kg  taken our of each breast, but she also then lost another 2kg from losing muscle mass.
