Periods 10 days late

I’ve been spotting the past few days but I’m also 10 days late...? The spotting has been red to brown and some pink but only when I wipe not enough to put a tampon in or fill a pad at all. Negative test 3 or 5 days ago.. what’s going on? Anyone else have this??? Please my cycles normally range to about 35 days
