Bring your own blanket to hospital?

Make sure you wash it in hot water when you get home! I saw an article a few days ago regarding hospital sheets and the germs they carry 😓 
I’ll be bringing a pillow and blanket but will throw it in the wash first thing when we get home.

My hospital didn’t allow your own blankets or pillows but it wasn’t a biggie cuz their stuff was pretty comfortable

I questioned whether I needed to or not and am SO happy I brought both. I had a pretty long labor and ended up stuck in bed with an epidural, so it was really nice to have actually comfy stuff. The nurses put both to the side during the messy part so I would have them later and I'm super comfy propped up nicely and laying under my own blanket right now while I type this.
