I am currently on my first cycle after implanon removal. The doctor said fertility should return straight away. I had my 26th to 30th March. 5 days normal. Ovulated the 9th/ 10th. Had positive OPK the 9th with some mild cramping and spotting. This morning I have spotting again. I’m assuming it will develop into a period because of the cramping but it’s a week early 🤦🏼‍♀️ has anyone else taken a few cycles before returning to normal after implanon? My normal is a 29 day cycle very regular
