Would you want to know if there was a rumor going around about you, no matter how old you are?

There is a rumor going around about a teacher I really care about. I don't mind if it's real or not that's not my problem, but should I tell her? Most people don't like her, but she is my all time favorite and it kills me that this is going around about her and I want to tell her but I don't know if its a good idea. Would you want to know what was being said about you?
