my period is 3 1/2 days late, i have a creamy white discharge and i have a few period symptoms such as sore boobs, backpain etc.

i also took the morning after pill around 23 days ago and had heavy spotting a few days after that that lasted two days. do i have anything to worry about or is it just because of the morning after pill? i’ve been stressing a lot this month too because of school and everything
