Inositol results?

Has anybody here seen positive result after taking inositol? I’ve been taking 1000mg of Myo-inositol daily for a month, but so far it hasn’t helped with acne or facial hair. I’ve read different things... but nothing like getting first-hand feedback from someone who has seen results (or not)?? 😘 thanks!!

Spearmint tea (pure spearmint, I order from amazon).  2 cups a day is the only thing that made a difference in my facial hair.  I didn’t think it made a huge different until I got lazy with it and then I really realized what an impact it made

You need to take 4,000 mg daily or it won’t be effective. I’ve read several websites that state this. Just up your dose

I take 4000mg of Myo-Inositol per day, total. Research has shown that taking that amount of Myo per day is more effective than 1500mg of Metformin for ovarian health and promoting more regular ovulation. It definitely helped me after only one cycle, and mine were absolutely erratic before.

I’ve been taking it for two months as I have pcos and I haven’t ovulated on my own and periods are still long and irregular so I just started metformin 3 days ago. We’ll see if this works better. I have pcos and normal androgen levels but polycystic ovaries and irregular cycles.
