Noooo. They scar so bad too. 
We won’t actually even do cheek piercings at my shop. Too high risk with the saliva glands being damaged which can cause a lot of issues for people.

I wouldn’t do it. I have had my fair share of piercings and they always leave a scar, the cheek piercing ones tend to look really bad

Only if you REALLY want them.
They will change your face shape a little and give you permanent dimples but scars as well.
I got mine when I was 16, had them. Year and took them out due to reoccurring keloids. I honestly kind’ve regret getting them.
So it’s something you really need to think about.
