Are corn tortillas healthy??

Not terrible for you but not really healthy. It’s easy to just skip the tortilla and make a bowl or salad with whatever you were going to put on it.

I don’t think they are bad for you, but they are not very nutrient rich either, Id put them in the neutral category. 
Also depends on the type of corn tortillas, where did the corn come from? GMO? Preservatives? Organic?

They’re better than flour, but still not “healthy”

I think it all depends on how you use them and what you put inside. Breakfast tacos with lots of veggies in a corn tortilla would be a healthy breakfast (certainly much better than frozen waffles and processed cereal).
