Do I have to shower after sex?

You should always make sure to at least pee after sex, but alot of people shower too.

Peeing can help prevent UTI's. Showering won't prevent infections if you were exposed during sex already. 
Yeast infections may have more to do with diet or the wrong underwear than sex. However, if you have sex when you have a yeast infection, it's possible he could end up giving it back to you. Plus, if you don't use condoms, the extra dampness can give yeast a boost. So in that sense, a quick cleansing can help (but not douching - that can make things worse.) Try eating yogurt, reducing sugar and sleep with no underwear or pants to let your lady bits air out.

Following. I keep getting yeast infection and I don't know why!! I pee everytime right after, and I usually shower too! I don't understand the year infections but I'm about to lose my mind!!
