So I have had my period since 13 like any other kid but over time my period cramps seem to get worst with my age 😞 it’s to the point where I feel like I’m having contractions cause the come and then leave within minutes. They are so painful they bring me to tears and Medicine isn’t working anymore I literally I have to sit there and deal with them till they go away (which they don’t ) and plus my period stays on longer now it used to be 3 days now it’s 7-10 idk what to do somebody please give me advice .🙏🏾
