Hi Ladies, please help.

My breasts looked like this, this morning. They're heavier but not sore and the feel this way during PMS but the bumps are definitely new! And there are a few visible veins, checked my cervix today and it's high and soft (closed) with a medium amount of whitish-yellowish CM. Is this good or bad?? I'm 8DPO
