baby’s head & sex 😳

so i’m 31 weeks and went to the doctor yesterday and she felt around for position of baby and his head was very very low and he is in position for birth. but with his head that low how is sex safe 😳😳. i don’t understand and they say rough sex to induce labor but a lot of mommas are already somewhat dilated/effaced, you’re still allowed sex?? don’t get it
