Question about the recall process for rock n play

I started the process to return the hubs from my rock n play for a refund or voucher, but I had a question. Has anyone else started this? It said they’ll be sending me a prepaid packing label to mail them in. My question is, is this delivered by email or usps mail? They asked for both my email and mailing address but I haven’t received any email even to confirm they got my request or anything. I’m concerned that maybe I didn’t type the email right or something.
