4th loss. Scheduled D&C tomorrow

I think we will be putting TTC on hold. We have lost 4 pregnancies in the past 18 months. Maybe we will revisit this again in a year or so. Maybe not. The last visit we had with our RE before finding out I was pregnant again we were told to move on to <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> so we could do PGT. But we thought we got lucky. Why did I let myself get happy?
