Implantation bleeding ❓ Early menstrual bleeding ❓

OKAY GUYS, My husband and I have had trouble in the past conceiving. I’ve taking all the meds, all the shots, had the miscarriages, and nothing worked for us... well someone told us, that it’ll happen when we least expect it & when we aren’t trying so hard. SO, for the last 2 years we haven’t tried to have sex on certain days at certain times with special meds & lubes. We’ve just been focusing on what we like, and what makes us happy. So a couple of days ago, I started noticing & clear, slimy discharge that lasted for a couple days, the first day I didn’t have the discharge I wiped & there was very like pink, spotty blood on the toilet paper. I thought maybe it was just an early period BUT it only lasted for about 3-4 hours.. Since then, my stomach has been very tight, I’ve had excruciating lower back pain, headaches nonstop, I’ve been very tired, & gassy.

I don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up & tell them I think I may be pregnant, but should I tell my husband about this, or take a test first....
