Tampons after baby?

Anyone else feel horrible pain when wearing tampons after birth? Little one is 11 weeks. I tried a light tampon yesterday with a really strong flow and it was awful. Scared to have sex after that experience.

I used them today at 7weeks pp. I’ve also had sex a handful of times , (including before my 6w checkup which is a no no) but I haven’t had any pain

I bled after I gave birth for 3 months.. I do not think you are supposed to inject a tampon in your vagina for after birth bleeding........

I didn’t have that problem but I personally didn’t use tampons again until my second cycle after baby. I would just give yourself some more time it’s normal.

Yes! It brought me to tears it hurts so bad. I’ve got some really heavy spotting from going on the mini pill. It’s been 11weeks. If a little light sport tampon hurt that bad i am terrified of sex, and also wondering if tampons will get comfortable over time again and it’s just a waiting game, or if I need to just keep trying them and things will get better. Seriously tears though. I really want to be able to go back to them - I hate the whole bloody diaper thing.

I didn’t use a tampon for 5 months after I had my son I had one and omg I felt so drained.

I didn’t get my cycle until 15 mos pp and still didn’t wear tampons lol I was so scared

Didnt wear tampons for after birth bleeding. Did try for my first period (1 month later) but that one came straight out again 😅 havent used one for 3 more month cause i was afraid it would be like this forever but thank god i can use tampons again.
