Implantation Cramping?

I had ovulated April 7th and after several days I was having intense twinging in my left lower abdomen into my left pelvic area. It has gone away though as of yesterday and I’m feeling back to myself but still have swollen breasts and exhausted (but am a teacher approaching spring break so the burnout feeling could be normal for that). I’m about 3-4 more days until I can test for pregnancy.

Has anyone experienced the same thing where the cramping was implantation cramping and went away and still had a positive pregnancy test?
